Pet Nation Kenya Shipping Policy
At Pet Nation, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. Please review our domestic shipping policy below for detailed information on order processing, shipping fees, and delivery times.
1.1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that we do not ship or deliver orders on Sundays or public holidays.
During high-volume order periods, shipping may be delayed slightly. We appreciate your patience and recommend allowing extra time for delivery. If any significant delays occur, we will notify you via email or phone.
1.2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. Our estimated delivery times are based on a 4:00 PM Kenya time order cutoff.
- In-House Delivery Service – Available within Nairobi, Kiambu, and surrounding areas. Estimated delivery time is 0-1 business days. Shipping cost: KSh 300.
- Local Pick-up – Available at Donholm, Nairobi County. Estimated delivery time is 0-1 business days. Shipping cost: KSh 500.
- 3rd Party Delivery Service – Available for regions outside Nairobi and Kiambu but within Kenya. Estimated delivery time is 0-1 business days. Shipping cost: KSh 800.
- Tanzania and Uganda – Available for international shipping. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days. Shipping cost: KSh 2,000.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally experience delays.
1.3. Shipment to P.O. Box Addresses
Pet Nation does not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please ensure you provide a valid physical address for delivery.
1.4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.
1.5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Pet Nation is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping, such as tariffs or taxes, are the customer’s responsibility.
1.6. Damages & Lost Shipments
Pet Nation is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
It is important to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.
